I recently had an excellent experience when I brought in my broken. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. They quickly assessed the damage and assured me they could fix them.
I was impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They explained the repair process clearly and provided a reasonable estimate. The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and when I returned to pick up my glasses, they looked as good as new!

Popped the arm off what I thought were my prescription glasses, but we're actually my good reader glasses. Juan pointed out that it wasn't worth paying him for the repair on the cheap frames & directed me back to my optometrist's office (where I said I had gotten them) to see what they could do.I thanked Juan for not trying to do the work and charge me unnecessarily.I'll definitely return here in the future if I need any actual repairs.

I went to Vista Eyeglass Repair to get my sunglasses adjusted right before vacation. The gentleman who helped me fixed my sunglasses right away so quickly! I will definitely be back again.
