From start to finish, I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We had a flood in our basement, and during a really stressful time, True Restorations came in and made the whole process extremely smooth. They immediately started salvaging our basement to prevent any microbial growth and explained all the paperwork, handling everything directly with our insurance company.
On top of that, the workers were very professional and left our place extremely clean. They also followed up with us, which we really appreciated. When I had found my basement flooded with 2” of water at 10PM one night and didn’t know what to do, plus being older I knew I couldn’t handle that amount of water, my friend called his plumber who recommended True Restorations. Elias and Matt arrived at 11:30, Elias quickly and calmly assessed the situation then Elias said I can file an insurance claim, which I hadn’t ever done before and was still shocked from seeing all the water, he proceeded to call my insurance company and got that sorted out. I was referred to True Restorations, Inc. by my plumber, who said they’d be able to uncover a difficult-to-reach leak that had led to mold—and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The project manager, Elias, was incredibly responsive and flexible, and the team started promptly with anti-mold and dehumidifying treatments. They worked efficiently, answered all my questions with patience, and handled every detail with care.
