We have been using State Utilities for COD Oil Delivery for years! Last night had an issue with our boiler & left a message for an Emergency call. The gentleman Mike called us within 10 minutes & since the boiler was working when push the reset button we decided to wait until the morning! At 8am this morning Al the service tech was at the door for the repair. He advised didn’t think there was anything wrong with it but just needed to be serviced-which he did & what a difference-so quiet again & working as expected! We've been State Utilities customers for nearly 3 decades. Here is a company that values your business, and is willing to go the extra mile to prove it. My elderly parents had an issue with their Central Air Conditioning, and even though they aren't a customer themselves when I spoke with Jim he was willing to help. The technician he sent arrived exactly on-time and was thoroughly knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The system was fixed in no time and my Mom & Dad were again comfortable during this heat wave. Over the many years of servicing and providing oil, they have proven time and time again to be reliable, prompt and always very professional. The ladies in the office are a pleasure to deal with when paying your bill or requesting an oil "drop".
