On 8/14/20, I booked on line to have our septic emptied. Dave's is now part of Russell Reid in NJ. I chose the earliest date available which was 8/21. My credit card was charged the $295 on the date I booked it. On 8/17, I received a voice mail stating that they would be in our area on 8/20 and to it that day instead of 8/21. By mid-afternoon on 8/20, they hadn't showed up so I called to see if they were still coming. They told me that they didn't have any info on me after I gave them my address and my cell and home phone #'s even though they had charged my credit card a week before and had left a voice mail on 8/17.
