I wish no stars was an option. I've been coming here for over 17yrs when I had my first child. I was recommended by my sister and I love the fact that they offer late services. Now I had a few incidents when some of the staff was rude but i reported to Dr. Rakowski and she apologized for their actions. Well since I've had my son its been so many new staff members and they just seem to get worse. Someone hung up the phone on me, because I kept asking to speak to a Doctor because at the time my car wasnt working and I just needed a copy of my sons immunization records. This place is really bad I went with my son to do a physical and I stayed 4 hours waiting to get checked and all they did was a weight test and height and they checked another patient after we came and the doctor said she had to take them first. They never did a physical.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Don’t come to this place.

Just don't go there. I can't even begin my list of complaints. Just selfish unless your Russian, polish or Spanish. And , I'm talking 14 yrs of experience. I don't know why I stayed.
