We had the pleasure of contracting for cleaning services with Building Service Industries for over 20 years. BSI's service was consistently professional, thorough and reliable. Their pricing was always fair through all the years The only reason we no longer contract with BSI is due to the sale of the property.

I run the Hydrant Department for the Suffolk County Water Authority and have worked with Building Service Industries (BSI) for several years. Their team inspects our fire hydrants thoroughly and consistently does a phenomenal job. Any issues found during inspections are communicated clearly and handled quickly, allowing us to keep hydrants in proper working order for emergencies.
