Consult was good as to be expected, follow up is terrible. No one answers the phone. I understand if they are with a client so you leave a message, but they also don't return calls. They will try to upsell you on other products, which might be great, but you feel like your package purchase is useless at that point. Anyway, I would have loved to post results, but I actually need to go through the package to give that review. That would require a call back.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. I was so beyond excited to start Cavi Lipo. I purchased a package of 6 sessions. on my first Session, she already tried to up sell Me something different and said cavi lipo would not work for me. I told her that I wanted to stick to it and what areas I wanted to focus on and she did barely even that. I tipped well as I always do, and pre booked my next appointment. I showed up for the next one and it was a little bit better. I pre Booked my next appointment again and wrote it down immediately in my phone because I knew I needed to get a babysitter. I went in there without a hesitation. The esthetician was very knowledgeable of what she was doing and how many cups I needed for my belly area. I don't know why someone would leave a bad review. I had my second session today in a different area. Just go and get it done, look good and feel good.
