Dr. Ken is amazing with our dogs! He gets back to us with any questions we have if one of our dogs is not feeling well even on the holidays. All of the staff here are super nice and make both our dogs feel very cared for and comfortable anytime we come in.

I recently called Dr. Bedell on a Sunday afternoon while in NC in a panic not knowing what to do with my dog who was having issues. Dr. Bedell called me back WITHIN MINUTES!!!! ... while he was enjoying a hike on a beautiful day in NY in January. He was so nice and listened to what was going on and calmed me down. He then reccomended that I take the dog to an emergency vet hospital in the area ... which i did ...
