me and my friend went for an appointment to get acrylics. i somewhat got what i wanted, she did not and had to go with french tips which is so much different than she wanted. they made my nails really skinny and thin and very crooked. there is an open cut on the left side of my pinky that bleeds everytime my nail touches anything. the person who did my nails obviously noticed it was there because he looked at it for a second then became super nice to me. overall, i don’t recommend going here for acrylics. guys who work here are nice, not so much the females.
I went in for a simple gel manicure, the owner ruined my natural nails, my nails are now all different lengths, too top it off some are square and some are round! When I said something about fixing them, she wasn't too pleasant, so I decided to take what was done and never do business with her again! She was also to busy worrying about what the other nail techs were doing, instead of making sure that I was a happy returning customer!!
I'm not impressed. This is the first time I have felt the burning/heat from the curing of the gel polish THROUGH my acrylic nails. They're too thin. They filed off pretty much all the fill they put on and came dangerously close to filing off my natural nail with the efile on my pinky. Also, there was gel polish left all over my fingers (they peeled off a big patch on my ring finger before i left) very messy. And my thumbnail on my left hand is SUPER crooked. However, there was no wait time. I went as soon as they opened. This was my first time ever visiting here. I'd go back to try a different technician. Hopefully, this was just a one off occurance.
