“Very, very personable folks - father, son and grandfather - removed 2 whole trees, trimmed 2 trees and ground a stump. Came for an estimate when they said they would come; they were able to get me scheduled within 1 week of the estimate but were delayed another 1 week but that was due to the weather (November rain 2023). Arrived when they said they would, got started right away, moved along at a nice speed and even cleaned everything up, including leaves and large black walnuts, that were already on the ground. Took care of surroundings, including fences, bushes, etc. without damage to anything. Needed to move my camper for them to gain access with a tractor to take down a large tree and they used the tractor itself to move my camper since I didn't have my car at the time (being repaired). 2 neighbors were impressed with the work and so RTS got 2 more jobs out of doing mine. I had already watched another tree climber/company do work at my neighbor's a few years ago and RTS is heads above the competition for reasons noted above - show up for estimates, communication, show up on time, clean up, come back when they say they will (mine was a 2 day job), etc. RTS essentially are neighbors to me since I walk my dog by them almost everyday so I was happy to give the work to them but also glad that they did good work and are just overall nice folks. “They took down a huge dead maple, big pine tree and trimmed up a few trees by our house. They did an awesome job! I wasn’t sure what kind of mess I would be coming home to but can honestly say there wasn’t one! They stacked everything up nicely and just have to move the wood we’re keeping closer to our fire pit!! Great job Brandon and crew! Highly recommend them!“

“Did a large tree job in our backyard. Was very professionally done and took less than a day. Took a little while to schedule the job but we understand. They are very busy so some of these negative reviews are based on call backs, which isn't fair when they're working 6 days a week, doing estimates at night and on weekends.
