About Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa
Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa is situated in a convenient spot in Lewiston, offering a beautiful location overlooking the Niagara River. The hotel's rooms are described as "fine" and spacious, including the whirlpool room, with some needing repairs, but they are maintained clean. Guests have noted that the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of parking available. While the front desk service has received mixed reviews, with some guests mentioning poor service and long waits, others have praised the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel is dog-friendly and is in close proximity to nice restaurants and an ice cream caboose along the river, making it a great spot for visitors. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and lovely setting are notable, though the inconsistency in service remains a concern. The spa offers a quiet and peaceful experience, with well-stocked breakfast options adding to the value.
Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Parking situation is somewhat lacking though. Had to park in a parking lot down a hill and walk up 2 flights of stairs. I didn't mind it, but if someone is elderly or has physical impairments, they need to be aware of this. My room was very nice, but I could hear each and every step taken by the people in the room above me. Fortunately they didn't move around much at night. I would definitely stay there again, but I would probably request a room on the top floor due to the lack of sound deadening.
Staff were polite and friendly. Location was great to walk around or drive the Falls. Breakfast was nice it was included. But the doors slamming at all hours, dogs barking (they allow dogs) and the parking situation would all make me think twice from staying here again.
We had a great room overlooking the Niagara River. The room was clean and comfortable. The place was very busy due to golf tournament and concert in town.
