I called, Mary fit me in right away on my requested day and even called me to see if I could come in earlier the day of my appointment. She was gentle, kind, and easy to talk too. She stayed away from areas I had previously made myself bleed and my nails have never looked this good! Tammy was my nail tech...I had a broken (natural) nail, which was fixed and she did a particular gel french design i showed her. I've always had brittle nails and have gotten one or 3+ acrylic nails since I was a child (tomboy here!) so I'm a tough customer with my nails.
