Thorough, patient, wonderful! All of the most .odern technology meets old school care and patient management. So glad I switched to this practice! Staff and doctor are kind and very knowledgeable. They take the time to educate you on your eye care and do not withold your prescription information. They care more about your health than selling frames and lenses. Treated as a person and a patient, not a retail sales target. I should have switched years ago.
What an amazing & caring office. After receiving the most thorough eye exam in my 66 years on this planet, Dr Hargrove wrote a prescription for multi focus glasses and contacts for me, never pressuring me to purchase them from his office. When he finished his more than one hour exam, he handed me the prescription. He said he was ordering contact lenses to try at no cost, so that I can see if they work well for me. I then asked him if I could have the glasses made by his office. The young lady that took care of me was amazing m, making sure the frame I chose would work for the prescription lenses I need. I've been a patient of Dr. Hargrave for over 20 years, first when he was with Sears Optical in Lockport, and now at his own practice in Lewiston. He is THE BEST! Takes the time needed with each patient and he is just a great guy to talk too. I highly recommend him.
