Along with fitness classes comes recipes, tips, monthly seminars, monthly workout calendars, family events and so much more. For one of the most reasonably priced small group training facilities it is so much more than that. It is your wellness sanctuary and a place to look forward to going to.

I came to Embody looking for renewed motivation to work out and with life in general: Mission Accomplished! There’s no question that Ami knows exactly how to train you to get the most out of your body, mind, and soul. She goes above and beyond her commitment to her clients. She truly cares about getting you healthy and has knowledge about diet and overall health that is a valuable pairing with the physical workouts she provides. Ami is the very best personal trainer I’ve ever encountered. She is caring, funny, warm, approachable and really knows her stuff. You just can’t do any better.

Iï¸ have been training with Ami and practicing yoga with Megan for over six months and have been loving it! (Yes, loving exercise- how crazy is that?) So even though Iï¸ have rarely had success in group fitness classes because of my knee problems Iï¸ ventured out and I'm glad Iï¸ did! This week Iï¸ joined Megan for TRX Blend and Tami for Yoga HIIT and loved both! Were there things my knees couldn't do? Absolutely, but alternatives were genuinely offered and encouragement given to do “my†best - not just keep up with the class! Thanks for expanding my fitness options!
