I didn't find a variety of chewables for my robo hamster. I was also looking for flakes for my bettas, but they didn't have what I was looking for ?. I always loved the way PetSmart managed their locations, but I don't know what is going on recently, but their stores are not so outstanding as they were.
I came in for a bearded dragon and the employee that helped me named Nicole was very knowledgeable about all the animals that they have and helped me figure out what animal would be best for me!
Definitely my favorite PetSmart! We did all of the dog training classes with Danielle, who is awesome, and my dogs love visiting the store. The employees are very friendly with the dogs, and I always love the opportunity to socialize them here. It definitely makes it worth shopping in store as compared to online.
