East Meadow Driving School is a great choice for those looking to learn how to drive. They have highly qualified instructors, such as Tyrell, who is known for being kind, patient, and encouraging. He has made a positive difference in many students' attitudes toward driving. Norm is another standout instructor, praised for his kindness and respectfulness, making students feel comfortable during lessons. Sondra, also a fantastic instructor, is friendly and has a great sense of humor. She is very patient and helps students improve their skills, especially for those returning to driving after a break. One of the school's biggest strengths is their pick-up service, which makes the learning process convenient by starting lessons right at students' homes.
I had Ricky as my driving instructor, and he pretty much got me to where I felt was confidant/ competent enough for the road test. Lessons in general came with sound advice and instructions on the various techniques and traffic conditions. I'm a day or so away from taking the road test but I strongly believe I can make it with all that I have learned from Ricky.
All 4 of my kids had Cowboy Tom as their driving instructor. They all loved him and they all passed their road test the first time. What really stuck with me was how confident my kids felt driving and taking the test.
I bought a 10 lesson package with use of the driving schools car for the road test and could not be happier with my experience. Tom was my driving instructor and he was very patient with me and helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. I passed my road test today with flying colors and am very grateful for EM driving school. I would highly recommend.
