Tim was fantastic! He came to my home and measured my windows so that my Roman Shades would fit perfectly. He went through the entire book with me and was willing to give his opinion on different patterns that I asked about. Once the Roman shades were ready, which took approximately two weeks, he came back to my home and installed them. Tim was very neat and clean and the process was so simple.
