class carpet did a great job from when i scheduled a home consult to the finished product. both gentlemen in the front office/sales were a pleasure to work with, as were the men who came to do the installation. they finished on time and did not leave a mess. they all helped me to begin the transformation of my creepy 95 year old laundry room and i am very happy with the whole process. definitely recommend!
We used Class Carpet Floor & Home for new window blinds, including top-down/bottom-up cellular shades, and everything came out great. These blinds allow you to have sunlight in while keeping a sense of privacy. Tim handled the measuring and installation, and he was professional, precise, and easy to work with. The fit is perfect, and the shades look and function exactly as they should - very happy with the experience!
I just had my steps and hallway carpeted by class carpet and I was so impressed with the amazing job they did. Timothy is the nicest person I have ever dealt with. He is extremely honest and professional and makes sure you are happy with the job. When they removed our old carpet we saw that some of the steps needed to be replaced and repaired. Timothy went out of his way to accommodate us on a Sunday morning at 8 AM because we had to leave at 11 for a party. He wanted to make sure the repairs wouid be done that day so that they could finish carpeting the steps the following day. I said I didn’t mind waiting but he insisted that he didn’t want to inconvenience me....read full review
