Went shopping around for carpet to replace in 4 bedrooms. After visiting numerous stores and meeting with several companies, I found Carpets and Us on google. Being frustrated with places trying to sell industrial carpet as residential; salesmen not showing to appointments; quotes including some ridiculous fees; etc., I was so relieved when I met Nancy and Carol! They were both so knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Made a deal with them at the store, their installers came by to take measurements the same day and carpet was installed the very next day!

I should have written this review a few weeks ago, but I found it difficult to find the correct glowing words to use in this review. We first went to Carpets & Us on April 1, 2024 via a recommendation from a friend. While working with Nancy and Carol I received a telephone call that my brother had passed away. I had never met these two wonderful ladies, but that afternoon I received a condolence food delivery from Ben's arranged by Carpets & Us. (I had never used them before: just met them: and they spent their time and money to express a condolence to a stranger.) My wife and I spent hours at Carpets & Us looking at samples and having Nancy send swatches to the house. We finally settled on a carpet and the price at Carpets & Us was more than competitive. As great as Nancy and Carol are, the installer that they use, Wilson, was equally as fantastic. Wilson and his brother George install carpets, paint, and perform numerous other jobs. They are my "go to" folks. Needless-to-say, I highly recommend Carpets & Us to anyone!
A wonderful experience! Nancy and Carol were extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Their welcoming friendliness makes the customer feel right at home. Within a week my carpet was installed and it has created a beautiful landscape for my home. Carpets and Us is the place to shop!
