After braiding my hair for couple decades at usually African hair braiding businesses, from Harlem to Queens I find that in ALL of them there’s room for improvements in attitude, cleanliness/odor of the business and sometimes persons, and in braiding. The customer simply has to decide which aspect of the business they’re going to be ok with. Basically it’s 6 of one and 1/2 dozen of the other. Not much differences between these businesses. Bottom line.

Very Rude & Unprofessional. Forcefully ripped my hair out while detangling . Cursed me out & said next time “ wash your own hair “ i don’t understand why i was treated like this if im paying for a service. Very disappointed

This establish is externally poor and lack luster. As I was getting my hair braided I noticed it was definitely not what I wanted and spoke up about it. The whole staff began to disagree with the fact that I wanted to braids done better. “Your wasting my time”, was the response. If I am paying for something, I want it done right. I also don’t appreciate the disrespect the staff has for their customers. They choose selfishness over accommodations. Well that will be my last time investing in this establishment.
