i have used this office for 20 years. i have seen other offices and practices and would rank the staff on professionalism and caring far superior than any other practice. All the doctors and techs are outstanding and the support staff is great.
10/10 service! My dog Tiller seemed to have an eye infection and just out of concern wanted to go in and have it looked at. Since adopting, we had not picked a vet to use yet! So I called Laurel- Mattituck Vet since it was the closest to us. They took us same day, got him up to date with all of his shots necessary as well as a heart worm/ tick borne disease test, and gave him a little trim on his nails! I also appreciated they did everything right in front of you, some vets I’ve found will take the patient into the back which (I understand is ok for surgery and lab processes), however they let me be there with my baby while they poked him and scanned his eyes! I was visiting the area and my dog had a major allergic reaction to multiple fly bites. When the team saw her, they took her in immediately and treated her. They were kind, professional, caring and very descriptive in their treatment. I am so thankful for the entire team at Mattituck-Laurel Veterinarian Hospital.
