Great experience. Will definitely go back! Staff was so supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend. Also, they have water you can buy if you forgot your own, offer a mat to use if you don’t have that either, and they’re clean as a whistle!! I’d give 10 stars if I could just because they have showers!

Balance Yoga and Wellness provided me with the self care I desperately needed throughout the pandemic. Initially over zoom and now in person, I am forever grateful for the guidance and space which helped me navigate the challenges of this crazy year.

Tried my very first yoga class here and I'm so pleased My best friend asked me to join a session with her so I purchased the weekly special for $35 . Derek was amazing , personable and very relaxing . This was exactly what I needed , I felt so refreshed , loose and limber after the session , I can't wait to return! Beautiful premises, very clean . Lots of products to use in restroom to freshen up before or after your session
