I had an easy time setting up my pedicure with a girl named Nina for the exact time I wanted. I had no wait time at all. The water was hot and ready for me the sec I walked in the door for my appointment. Nina was absolutely amazing at giving pedicures! They had the gel colors I wanted and she was able to do the design I wanted too. I'm very happy and will be back.
Cute business in a plaza with a large parking lot, very clean spa, friendly staff, many chairs and tables with plenty of staff, sparkly nice decore, comfortable large massaging pedi chairs, large gel polish selection, and great relaxing pedicure experience.
I travel once a month from Olean to have Kim do my nails, they’re always on point and everyone is always so kind! When I gotta on vacation, they go above and beyond to help me feel travel ready wherever I’m going!
I do like going here but my last visit wasn't really good. I had a new girl who basically rushed through and didn't spend much time on anything. Also I don't understand the cost to remove gel polish after you're already paid extra to have it put on. Not sure I will be back.
