As parents to a special needs dog, we are very discerning about who we trust with her care. The team at Happy Hounds delivers and we always feel that our baby is safe, well cared for, and comfortable during her stay. We can always peek in thanks to the cameras and each time we do, we find our pup is content. They offer top service at a reasonable price. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Happy Hounds Hotel and Day Spa! From the moment I walked in, I could sense the genuine love and care they have for their four-legged guests. I can not say enough about the high quality of care and personalized attention our two dogs received here during a 10 day stay.Their intake form asks a lot of key questions so they can get to know your pets ahead of time and offer them personalized care .The dogs were exercised and kept active daily and Jim sent us regular photos and updates on them and how they were doing as part of the services they provide.In a nut shell they are true dog lovers and treated them like they were their own with love and attention I have never seen boarding my dogs anywhere else in the past.If there was a rating higher than 5 I would give it to Hounds on the Hill.
