Lucas DeVelder was the buyer's agent for the home I just sold. He allowed his clients to demand a laundry list of items to be completed by me on their final walk through, the night before the house closing. It seems like Lucas does not understand that these items should have been completed during a home inspection (which the clients waived) and that I, the seller, was paying him with my home proceeds. Could I have done more to get the house ready for the buyers? Of course. But, being in a difficult situation, I did my very best, and it was not good enough for Lucas. Tracy Parke Gibas is the absolute best!This was my first time buying a home, so I had a lot of questions and looked at some houses that were obviously a bad fit. Tracy was so patient through the whole process! Louis Alaimo, made buying a house such a breeze! He was very professional, extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Would definitely recommend!
