I am leaving four stars only because my grandmother very much enjoys being seen by this practice. However, the medical assistant, whose name is RENNE is the absolute most unprofessional, disrespectful, rude person we have ever encountered at a medical facility. RENNE had absolutely no patience or tolerance to allow my family member even five seconds to answer a question. Out of respect for my family member, I will not go into detail about what Renee said, but whatever you could imagine being absolute mean, rude, and disrespectful… imagine it. Good doctor's. But My wife was a patient and they dismissed her as a patient because she missed a physical. If your a patient don't miss a physical or they will drop you as a patient.
Pre checked in for my appointment. Went in at exact time. Saw the PA, Kohl, for my annual physical. He was very professional & thorough. The staff at checkout was courteous & efficient. Went next door, got my bloodwork taken without a wait. Staff there was also pleasant & professional. What more could you ask for?
