Fantastic people to deal with, unlike the last place I "use" to go to, they look up your insurance and give you the price without any fuss. Everyone was sofriendly and the service was outstanding from Melissa to the Doctors you can't go wrong by going to them.

I’m visiting Kingston from the Midwest and my glasses broke. Went to “Vision Excel” to see if they had the screw I needed. They then proceeded to fix my glasses, give me a new eye repair kit, and several of the screws I needed (just in case). It was all so quick and helpful and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Leah!

My experience here was fantastic! The doctor was very thorough in his exam and took his time to answer all my questions and concerns, as well as to explain the physiology of the eye and my condition. I learned a lot and got the perfect perscription. The whole entire staff were professional, patient, personable, and very helpful when it came to helping my select a pair of glasses. I was very pleased with my experience here and highly recommend this location!
