I had Pro-Tech Chimney out for a cleaning and inspection, and I am so glad I called them. They called before arrival and showed up when they said they would. The Owner, Joe, who comes to every job, loves what he does, and is very knowledgeable, and technician (Pat) were incredibly professional and took the time to show me and explain to me exactly what was going on with my chimney . They were honest, straightforward, and clearly explained the repair process before doing any work. They left the house clean and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Pro-tech for your chimney needs and peace of mind!

I found Pro Tech's to be fair,… read full review

Joe was trustworthy, thorough, and truly went above and beyond. It was clear from the start that this was not about payment for him—it was about safety and doing what was right.
He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure our home was safe before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so honest and caring in their work. We felt completely confident and grateful. Highly recommend!
