Professional, attentive to detail, and polite, they really go above and beyond.The facility is clean, bathrooms well maintained. I always have fresh sheets for my massage and the ambiance is very calming and welcoming. The staff at the front desk greet me with a smile, are friendly, and helpful.My only criticism is how busy the place is. Had such a good experience at massage envy lake grove! Aesthetician lona is amazing! She knows exactly what to do and what products to use depending on each skin type, I felt comfortable and relaxed, most importantly my skin looked amazing after!! I will be back so she can work her magic on my skin!

I have been going to Massage Envy for the past 6 months for facials and I am very pleased. There’s a notable difference in my skin and although I’m 58, I get compliments on what nice skin I have. The esthetician’s are great; very professional. I love Faith, Daniella and Teresa. Also, Massage Envy, if you join their club, is very affordable compared to other places. I am a satisfied customer, and will continue to go for these effective and relaxing facials.
