“What a great place and genuinely good operator. I stopped in for a walk in nail clipping a week ago and had a bath for my dog today. My dog is generally well behaved and cooperative, but he has terrible separation anxiety from me and general anxiety. Both trips he he made it his home and was comfortable. Today he was sleeping under the frontvdesk when I picked him up. This means the world to me because I could tell he was comfortable there and that they know how to read dogs. Another customer was picking up their dog when I arrived and I gave that customer space with my dog. This individual was oblivious and I could tell the owner appreciated my patience without saying a word about it. Thus only adds to piece of mind about her awareness of not only the dogs but their owners too.This a half hour drive for me, but i won't go anywhere else now.“
