Don’t recommend this trash company because they bought a Boy Scout camp up near Harrisville, New York now everybody in St. Lawrence County has to travel a hour just to go to a Boy Scout camp when they only could’ve traveled a half hour to 15 minutes Then old Boy Scouts wanna walk to the camp in Harrisville just go back in time and remember the good times they had their then this trash company says we’re gonna call the cops on you for trespassing when people got permission from the land owners to come up there once and a great while, but not every day That camp opened up in 1947 and closed in 2006 thanks for ruining it for other generation of scouts

My wife and I wanted to take some time to thank George Typhair and the staff at Land First for a wonderful experience from start to finish in securing our property and camp. We took great comfort in knowing that George had our best interests in mind. From the very beginning we were put at ease and viewed a wide variety of properties that fit our needs. George was great in helping us to view the bigger picture which was aided by his vast knowledge of turnkey construction and his familiarity with the local areas. The closing process could not have gone any smoother in fact, we were surprised how quickly and uneventful the procedure was. Land First appears to have a great team in place for handling the legalities and goes the extra mile to ensure nothing is left to chance. Everything was explained to us in language we could easily understand and was accompanied by sound advice regarding various choices to be made. We could not be happier with our new camp and look forward to spending time there for years to come and we share the same excitement in knowing we have established a great friendship with George and his family. Thank you, George, and thank you Land First for a brilliant experience!
