Jim made that first hard phone call a very smooth one, preparing me for what information I would need and lending an ear. The first time meeting with Jim to schedule arrangements he made everything very comforting for my family and I. This job is one of the hard ones where you constantly watch loved ones make decisions on behalf of laying their beloved family member or friend to rest, but Jim didn’t hesitate, he jumped right in to help wherever needed. “We have used this funeral a few times and have always had a good experience. The only thing I would improve would be having the microphone load enough for the people in the back to hear. Being in the front row i had a hard time because they didn't know enough to stand close to the microphone. Would help if someone would announce how to use the microphone. Other then that everthing was good.“
