The man working at this office took 5 minutes of his time on 4/15 to answer a question I had. I had never met him and am a simple girl who usually does her taxes herself but this year there was a problem on a W2 I had and I was confused. I know he was not happy with helping me but he did. There are not a lot of family owned businesses left like this that show kindness anymore. I want to thank him again and let everyone know how nice and helpful they were even to someone like me.
