Baker Victory Dental Center is a 10,000 square foot facility specifically designed to serve individuals with physical, developmental, and behavioral challenges. The center features 10 treatment rooms with wider doorways and wheelchair-accessible areas to accommodate special needs patients. The staff, comprising professionals with expertise in person-centered care, provide a calming environment for patients. The dental director is a member of the New York State Task force for Special Care Dentistry, ensuring the dental needs of special care populations are protected and advocated for. Patients appreciate the warm atmosphere, prompt service, and courteous staff, leading to a high level of satisfaction with the care received.
I imagine some of the bad reviews are coming from people coming from the highly 'for profit' private dental community. This is a great CLINIC with young pros starting out. From my experience here, the staff have been welcoming and all professional in their workings. After a lifetime of supporting (really expensive) profiteers, I am thrilled to have a place that is AFFORDABLE and seemingly accepts all the insurances (INCLUDING MEDICARE AND MEDICAID) we so value in this HUGELY capitalist country. Dr. McDonald is the best dentist there for me but all the dentist,s there are great. Very great if you have ever had a bad experience with any dentist. Baker Victory Dentist is the best and most understanding dental office ever.
I’ve been a patient of dr. Clemons for years, and from the atmosphere it’s fresh, kind, prompt, and courteous service… I’ve been greeted well by reception and they’ve never given me any reason to not continue to come back! Great team!
