Modern Scapes and Hydroseeding

I cannot recommend Modern Scapes highly enough! My wife and I decided the pandemic was a good time to do some major work on our backyard, which had been neglected since we moved in six years ago; it lacked shape and had drainage problems. We had seen a sign for Modern Scapes about a year prior, outside a house nearby, which had installed a new fence that looked far better than most do in our neighborhood--modern, striking, and clearly well-built. Joe and his crew did a an excellent job of removing and replacing an old wood pool fence. Although project was delayed due to complications with the covid virus, Joe kept us well informed and up to date, and always responded quickly to our questions.

Fantastic! All projects were done in a quick and timely manner. A year later and the yard has been nice, solid, and mud-free. For the driveway drain Joe held off, waiting for a few heavy rains then came up to view what was happening. The area outside the garage had been turning into an ice skating rink. Now with a side and cross-driveway drain/drywell the icing has significantly gone down. We do have need for more projects and will be using them, was so happy with the results and personal care there is no need to look elsewhere.
