“It is such a relief to post this review for Premier Lawn Services. I have a very long driveway and my 89 year young Mom lives with me. I have hired a local guy for several years and I have always had to call several times to get him to come out. Sometimes he would answer and sometimes he would not. I was traveling in Rochester and we received quite a bit of snow. My Mom couldn't walk to get in her car without stepping in at least the 3 inches of snow, but it was more, and the garbage had to be taken down. Needless to say, he never came to plow after multiple calls to him. He said it wasn't 3 inches of snow. I came home and shoveled and shoveled. I found Premier's sign and immediately contacted them. OMG!
Jim is so reliable and conscientious. He actually marked off my driveway, and I am amazed how they show up without having to call them and I don't worry anymore about the snow.
