The Kingston Ulta store has been my go-to for beauty supplies since 2021. I frequently visit just to peruse the options and experiment with new products, as well as restock my staples. The store is clean and well-stocked. I always find the associates to be friendly and helpful. They give me space to browse but are available when I need guidance or a second opinion. Unlike other popular beauty stores, they consistently provide warm customer service and truly seem to enjoy working there.
Services done. Taylor Q is absolutely bad ass in what she does with hair. Besides her super welcoming personality and customer service skills ; anytime i walk out of there she makes me feel so beautiful her knowledge on hair products is also top tier. Can not recommend her enough for any hair services needed !
The staff provides excellent, personalized assistance when there in the Kingston location. I especially want to recognize who I've been told is the lead manager, Ashley. When you are unsure about what you need, she always helps you (personally my family members and I) find the right product or recommends an even better alternative. While I’ve read that service can vary at other locations, the Kingston Ulta Beauty has consistently delivered outstanding service for me and my family. It’s clear the well established team they have is consistent and the strong management makes a real difference.
