All I can say is great customer service. We were replacing a door on an apartment building that had a very specific lock. They would like to use. We were missing parts. I just happened to run into one of them in a parking lot and not only they have the parts I need in their van. They were more than willing to help and then refused any Money.

The specialty key that you didn't have, you were even able to order for me, which was shipped directly to my address within a few days ?

Arrived when expected, spent time, assessing our situation, totally honest about what could and couldn’t be done, and spent the time to explain everything to us in detail. I was super excited to find out that they can work with vintage locksets and cut skeleton keys. You never know what you’re going to get when you call a vendor for the first time, I was very pleased with The Locksmithery, and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or to refer them to anyone!
