The team goes above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable experience, overdelivering on expectations. They also provide helpful planning support, including tastings and mock wedding receptions, and have good relationships with vendors to handle many details. The venue is perfect for special events, with beautiful table setups, delicious food, and excellent service from the staff. Overall, The Chateau is highly recommended for any special occasion.
A little late doing my review, but I just want to say Kevin amazing person I ever met. He made our daughters 16th birthday everything she dreamed of, I just can't say enough about him. And the staff was also just as amazing. Thank you so much for our daughters special day Kevin.
We held our wedding here on 11/17/23. They were wonderful and outdid themselves from start to finish. Helpful, willing, amenable, and super good at what they do. Kevin is the life blood of this place. No question was too much for him; he was never rushed, or nervous, or anything but genteel, professional, warm, and patient, and I am a handful. My wedding looked like a fairytale. The food was so good that we asked the chef to come out so that we could tip him, too, and I am Italian and super critical of food in general. The service was excellent. The venue is gorgeous. You will not find better.
My husband & i just had our wedding last night here. I would rate them 10 out of 10! Kevin went above & beyond for us!! They made planning and every question i had seem seem less. They made our wedding the most amazing night of our lives. Also thank you thank you! To Haley for helping take care of our son & he LOVED her! Thank you to all the chateau staff. I would use you guys over & over again! From food, to staff, to cleanliness, to professionalism! Everything 10!!!
