She apologized, said she would need some time and it wouldn't be done until the 16th. I told her that was fine. She called me a few hours later and told me my coat was ready! When I thanked her for the quick turnaround she said it's cold out and I needed my coat back. Blown away by her kindness. Picked up my coat and it's as good as new! This is my first visit and I will be back!“
