This contractor built our house after a house fire in 2018. The work done in my house was rushed and many corners were cut! Really nice guy, but not at all competent. He installed a geothermal system in such a tight spot that 3 companies have come here and said it's "unserviceable" because it can't be accessed, and now it doesn't work! So there's that.. I've had moisture issues, crumbling walls at the highest point of the house, plumbing issues and electrical issues. My water softner was plumbed to drain under my pantry near my foundation! This company is no different than any other construction company. In fact... this company is the reason homeowners hate contractors! This contractor has been paid in full! Once they received all the money, getting them back here to correctly repair any mistakes they made has been a nightmare. Terrible follow up for anything he says he will do. Here are a few reasons I am giving them a 1 star review. If I could give no stars I would!-anything that didn’t work correctly he said he would contact the companies but didn’t. I had to do all the leg work. Had issues with a sliding door, and a fireplace insert I had to contact both to be fixed.-house is cracking the center... read full review

We had Nick and Kevin design us an awesome custom building with a pool. They did everything very meticulously. We had a much better experience with him and his team than other contractors we've used in the past. We did recommend him to several neighbors in our area and everyone has been positive. I also liked the online system they had to track the work done. We did have some things that stopped working a bit after construction, but they were fixed in reasonable time. We've owned 3 homes in the past and unfortunately stuff breaks.
