Liz is a professional and personal massage practitioner. She has an intuitive approach to her work with genuine concern for my health. I have always felt refreshed, relaxed and revitalized after our sessions.
Liz is fantastic, she will listen to where you're having pain and discomfort and build your massage around treating that - I always come away feeling better and that feeling will last for days.
Liz provides a relaxing safe atmosphere. I have back and shoulder issues and she always takes the time to specifically address them as well as giving me an amazing full body massage. I feel like a new person when I leave!
