I found Liz on a whim through a Google search, and ended up having what I’d classify as one of the best massages of my life. Liz was able to accommodate a last minute appointment, which I was so grateful for. Her treatment room is serene and cozy — the massage table was ample, and heated just right.

I found her technique to be incredibly intuitive and thorough, but the proof lies in how I’m feeling in the ensuing days after. My full mobility has returned, and I’m sleeping soundly for the first time in months. What good fortune to have blindly stumbled onto Liz’s practice. I feel like I’ve won the lottery! Highly recommend, without hesitation.

Booked a therapeutic massage recently to address discomfort in my neck and back. Have only had a couple massages prior to this and it was by far the best massage ever! Liz was friendly, professional, and very attentive. Would recommend to friends and family and will be returning!
