Worst business I have ever dealt with. Carpet runner brought in for cleaning for $85. When I picked up it was completely destroyed, holes covering the entire thing. When I went back to ask for a refund since it had to be thrown out, they told me the owner was not there and would call me. He never called after my 5 calls and 2 visits back. They said they could not give the refund, only the owner could. He is unreachable at all times. Completely unethical business management. Also owns Classic Cleaners in Rhinebeck.

If I could give negative stars I would. Take your dry cleaning elsewhere. I brought in a $200 dress with no visible marks or discoloration just to get it cleaned and steamed so I could list it to sell online. When I picked up the dress there were grey marks all over the top of a white dress. When I came into try to deal with this issue the owner proceeded to argue with me and tell me that the dress was like that when I brought it in. I know this not to be true and I even have a photo of the dress from right before I brought it in because I intended to sell it online & needed photographs. Thought I'd support a local cleaner. Was a mistake. Ruined the wool sweater we submitted. Came back with a hole and was considerably "lighter". Counter service was terrible. Going to use Scanlon next time.
