Thought I'd support a local cleaner. Was a mistake. Ruined the wool sweater we submitted. Came back with a hole and was considerably "lighter". Counter service was terrible. Going to use Scanlon next time.

im super DISAPPOINTED by the way i was treated by the owner.my two softest and expensive alpaca sweaters were shrunk, became itchy and completely ruined.i have dropped them both a few times before and they came out intact until a few weeks ago. whoever dry cleaned them- ruined them.i called many times, came by and was told the owner will call me. he did not.eventually i picked them up and wasn't even refunded.such a shame to be met with such ignorance after supporting this business for a while and recommending it.
