From onsite quote to showing up when promised, Nate and his crew, stripped, replaced damaged ply, ice shield/papered roof, shingled, and CLEANED UP in a most efficient and impressive way. I have no problem in recommending J & A to anyone in need of roofing work.
When it became obvious I needed a new roof cost wasn’t my top priority but it was def top 3. So many factors and variables I made a spreadsheet to make sure I was comparing the same scope of work. I requested quotes from 7 companies and 5 responded. I went with J&A and couldn’t be happier. Fred, Amelia and especially their crew were all top notch. They talked me through everything with responsive professionalism and even a little humor. I love the way it came out and so do my neighbors. As a realtor I’ll happily recommend them.
The workers were very efficient, courteous and accommodating. They helped me move my large planters and other garden decor out of their way and they cleaned up after. Even though it was so hot they worked non stop and just took a break for lunch. The manager came to the site a few times making sure all was well. All done in one day!! Can’t get better than that. The owner even came the next day to see completed work!! That’s personable! I would recommend them any time.
