Dominic and his Sister Gina are Friendly, Professional and overall Fantastic. I started going to Dream Weavers Style & Health Center a few years back haven't been anywhere else since. Rita is a fantastic hair stylist, a true artist. She gave me the best base color and highlights. I live in Brooklyn and tried many salons in the city and Upstate and Ruth is by far the best of all.
