My wife and I met with Mark, one of the owners, for about 45 minutes to discuss what we thought was a pretty big project (complete remodel of a large kitchen and two bathrooms). Before we started the discussion, we told him that we lived about an hour away and asked if that would be an issue. He assured us that it would not be an issue, as they were already doing a project for a well-known actor who has a home about five miles away from ours. Called 3-4 times and used online contact form to try and get an appointment t remodel our kitchen because their phone message says appointments are required. 0 response - if this is how they treat you before the project even begins I can’t imagine how it will go once it starts.
