Overall, Simplicity Yoga Studio is considered a hidden gem where practitioners can improve their mental, spiritual, and physical health in a supportive and inspiring environment.
A small studio with a lot of class options, Simplicity is like a hidden gem with an unassuming storefront. They have a small crystal shop at the front, and in the back of the studio they have many class options. My biggest complaint is online you can't really tell what the classes are like if you don't know the lingo, but the instructors are super helpful if you ask! Parking is iffy since it's right on Main Street, but typically you can find a spot around the corner!
Simplicity has a mind, body, soul experience for the beginner and to the advanced practitioner. The instructors are knowledgeable about the human body and the mind's frailties. I practice at my pace according to my body--that is not only tolerated, but encouraged. Join and be welcomed for who you are! A special shout-out to Mary Kay.
Great studio. Talented instructors with a wide variety of class offerings and special events. My wife and I just started "The Four Agreements" series on Friday nights which is based on the book by Miguel Ruiz. Highly recommended.
