I had a wonderful experience working with Keith and his team remodeling my new home. I had a lengthy wish-list but they did everything they could to make it all come to fruition. They renovated my primary bathroom, created a new laundry/mud room, updated the dated HVAC system to be more efficient, as well as many other smaller jobs to make the home more comfortable. At every step, Keith and my project manager, Tiago, were very communicative and transparent about timing and cost. They also came up with some creative solutions to tricky design problems. Twenty years ago, Keith Gerety of Gerety Building and Restoration completed a kitchen remodeling in my newly purchased 1850s home. The kitchen was in desperate need of an upgrade with its outdated appliances, cabinets, and an awkward floor plan. The work was completed without a hitch, within budget, and on time. Based on that I experience, I knew I would call on Keith with my master bedroom expansion.
