We had an absolutely wonderful purchase experience with Sandra (Sandy) Greller of Douglas Elliman's Katonah office as our buyer's agent. Knowledgeable. Experienced. Patient. Responsive. Kind. Tenacious. As frugal with our money as we are. She helped us find and successfully negotiate for our dream home in a changing seller's market without overpaying...and kept us off the ledge during the stressful bits. We heartily recommend Sandy and won't hesitate to work with her again should the need arise...though hopefully it won't 😅

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Douglas Elliman and found our DREAM HOME thanks to Liz Skrodelis!!!! Liz really listened to our needs/wants in a home and was always looking for what was newly listed on the market. She was so kind to take us to see every single house we asked with our 3 month old baby. She ended up finding us a home that we can continue to grow our family, we closed less than 7 weeks after we first saw the house! I highly recommend Liz. She is very smart, listens to your needs and is very dedicated to finding you exactly what you are looking for! She was amazing not just in finding our house, but helping be a liaison between us and the sellers as well as their realtor and attorney. We were so lucky to have her!!!
