“Patricia was the best realtor we could ask for. Without her help and her expertise I think we may have backed out along the way. She fought for us through everything made sure we got everything we needed. She answered all of our questions and then some. She was the best realtor we could have ever asked for.”
“We were really fortunate to have chosen Jess as our realtor on the strength of prior reviews. She was very effective and professional in helping us sell our mother’s home, after she moved into assisted living, even though we no longer live in the area. Jess made every step of the listing and sales process well-informed and painless. It only took one weekend to get several offers at or above the asking price. She even worked with the buyer’s agent to help smooth out some potentially problematic issues with their bank stemming from the bank’s appraiser.
We highly recommend Jessica Dillenbeck Real Estate.”
“We highly recommend Amy Kiefer as your real estate agent. You couldn't ask for a more professional, attentive and hard working agent. She made this very emotional sale go smoothly and addressed every concern we had. Amy is an honest and kind person and anyone would be lucky to have her help them buy or sell a home. Much gratitude for Amy Kiefer.”
